No objection to concept design to enlarge and replace sliding doors on north elevation, enlarge westernmost garage door, modify pedestrian entrance, add a wall vent, new downspouts and garage doors on the south elevation, replace the center portion of the roof with a flat metal roof, add a cricket on the west side of the roof, and replace fencing on east side of garage per drawings received 20 September 2018. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
