Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of a second halo-illuminated sign for Mandarin Oriental Hotel on the mansard roof of the south wing of the building, as shown in materials received and dated 2 November 2018. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
