The Commission regrets that basement windows were removed without review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for new basement windows, trash enclosure, and 9 security cameras per supplemental drawings received 8 July 2015, which indicate camera at southwest corner of the residence has been deleted from the application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
