No objection to issuance of permit for alteration, including rear stair and balcony reconfiguration, rehabilitation of existing partially-collapsed accessory structure at rear, and installation of new door and window systems at two rear accessory structures, per supplemental drawings received ___ February 2020. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
