No objection to the proposed installation of rooftop wireless telecommunications antennas for two wireless providers (Verizon and Sprint) on the Theodore Roosevelt Building (Office of Personnel Management), as shown in materials received and dated 7 February 2019, provided all unused or obsolete telecommunication equipment is removed. Recommend AGAINST placing antennas in stealth enclosures, which are visually more intrusive than the unscreened antennas on this building. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
