Recommendation

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of three replacement panel antennas, three new remote radio heads, and one replacement ballast-mounted sled at an existing T-Mobile rooftop cellular telecommunications installation, as shown in materials received and dated 28 January 2019, PROVIDED that the tops of the replacement antennas extend no higher than the coping of the penthouse wall behind, PROVIDED that the antennas to be mounted to the penthouse wall be painted to match the wall behind, and PROVIDED that the replacement sled be installed no closer to the edge of the penthouse roof than the sled to be replaced. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
