No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing house to convert it to a four-unit multifamily residence, including replacement windows and exterior doors, new cladding at an existing rear addition, a new fenced terrace in the rear yard, and new permeable paving at an existing rear parking pad, as shown in materials received and dated 3 May 2019 and supplemental materials received and dated 9 May 2019 and 21 May 2019. Repairs and modifications to the exterior front entrance steps and walkway have been removed from the scope of work. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
