No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of one replacement canopy, sixteen replacement awnings, and fencing, planters, and furniture for a sidewalk cafe on 15th Street, NW, for The Cheesecake Factory, as shown in materials received and dated 7 June 2019, PROVIDED that all signs be deleted from the proposed umbrellas, pending further consultation on the number and design of sign to conform with the sign regulations for the Shipstead-Luce Act area, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
