No objection to concept design for signage for Chase Bank, including a sign over the Wisconsin Avenue entrance, a sign on the P Street elevation, and bank-parking and ADA signage at the parking lot, per drawings received 24 May 2019, PROVIDED Option 1 is used at the Wisconsin Avenue elevation, either proposed sign or vinyl signage is used on the P Street elevation (if proposed sign is used, it should be centered on the main block of the building), the letters and logos do not extend taller than 12 inches, and "Chase" is removed from the parking lot signs. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
