No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to the front entrance, storefront, and roof terrace of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 5 July 2019 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 July 2019, PROVIDED that the paving in public space match the rest of the sidewalk, PROVIDED that the proposed raised planters not extend into public space, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. This review does not include signs; forward a new submission for signs that comply with the regulations for the Shipstead-Luce Act area when ready. Refer to DC Public Space Committee.
