No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of existing flagstone sidewalk with a new flagstone sidewalk, installation of new fence and gate at side yard, and installation of new light fixture at the latch side of the main entrance, per supplemental drawings received 9 July 2019, which indicate existing concrete cheek walls, steps, and concrete curb at the front property line will be retained. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
