No objection to the final plans for the installation of concrete formliner cladding of simulated stacked stone on the I-295 highway-facing retaining walls of the Shepherd Parkway access road to the St. Elizabeths West Campus, as shown in materials received and dated 3 September 2019. The new facing material will match as closely as possible the existing stacked stone facing found on retaining walls elsewhere on the campus. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
