Recommendation

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of three replacement panel antennas, three new panel antennas, and associated equipment for AT&T at an existing rooftop telecommunications facility, as well as for the modification of a structural mounting frame for the Beta and Gamma sectors, as shown in materials received and dated 3 January 2020 and supplemental materials received and dated 7 January 2020, PROVIDED that the antennas be mounted no higher than the existing antennas, and that the antennas and support structures be painted to match the penthouse wall behind. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
