No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing house, including the installation of a new door in lieu of a gate beneath the front porch, the construction of replacement front basement entrance stairs to create a landing in front of the new door, the construction of a new window well to replace the rear basement entrance stair, and the installation of three aluminum-clad windows in the rear basement facade, as shown in materials received and dated 3 January 2020. Submission is largely consistent with previously approved permit submission. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
