No objection to issuance of permit to install a 19-dock Capital Bikeshare station on the southeast corner of P Street NW and the Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway ramp, using the preferred design of bikes fully located off of the sidewalk, per submission received 12 February 2020, PROVIDED that the bike pad is paved with brick to match the adjacent sidewalk and set in brick dust or other pervious manner. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
