No objection to issuance of permit to demolish a rear two-story wood stair and deck in order to construct a new wood deck at the first floor to match the existing and replacement wood stair to the rear yard, per supplemental materials received 27 May 2020, which indicate the railing will be metal. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
