No objection to issuance of permit for one pin-mounted sign with 5" tall letters on west elevation sign band and one new wall sign measuring 10" x 1' 10" and an electric light fixture at the secondary entrance door on the south elevation, per supplemental materials received 1 September 2020, which indicate the wall sign is to be mounted through the mortar joints to minimize damage to the facade and that no window or door decals will be installed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
