As delegated to staff, no objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a new single-family house and associated modifications to the site and adjacent DC public space, as shown in materials received and dated 29 July 2020 and supplemental materials received and date 31 July 2020, PROVIDED that enhanced tree protections be provided for the large trees on adjacent public property (such as pre-construction root pruning, conducting excavation within the critical root zone during the fall or winter, and avoiding damage or cutting of roots greater than 2" in diameter).
