No objection to concept design for the replacement of CMU and concrete retaining walls in the east yard with a new brick retaining walls and low curbs, per supplemental materials received 1 October 2020, PROVIDED that the applicant study screening for the proposed ground mounted condenser unit(s) and bluestone in lieu of concrete for the curbs. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
