No objection to issuance of permit for stairway rehabilitation and landscape improvements, per supplemental materials received 13 January 2021, which indicate that the concrete stairs will be repaired to match existing and the stair's side wall will be cut down, PROVIDED a sample of the concrete coating for the steps is reviewed and approved by the Old Georgetown Board prior to installation.
