No objection to issuance of permit for a program to install temporary platforms with black metal railings and dark gray-painted concrete Jersey barriers, with color to be approved by CFA staff, in the curb lane of M Street NW and Wisconsin Avenue NW, per supplemental materials received 15 February 2021, PROVIDED no signage, lighting, or other decor is installed without OGB/CFA review and the installations are removed on or before 31 December 2021. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
