No objection to issuance of permit to remove existing retaining wall and fence at the south property line and re-grade the yard to accommodate a new parking pad, with brick pavers set on stone dust and a two foot wide planting strip along the west side, per supplemental materials received 8 March 2021, which indicate the construction of brick-faced CMU retaining walls will be required, no more than 3' tall. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
