No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of the three existing double-glazed windows, French doors, and sidelights on the west elevation of the ell; and the replacement of the existing double-glazed windows and doors of the southern kitchen addition including the French doors and sidelights on the west elevation, six windows on the south elevation, and one window on the east elevation using double-glazed, simulated-divided-light wood windows with one coat of LoE glazing, per supplemental materials received 8 March 2021. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
