No objection to permit revision to add a sidelight to the first floor entrance on the south elevation, per supplemental materials received 11 March 2021, which indicate the three windows on the third floor of the north elevation are 4'-2" x 2'-6" and all street-facing windows to be single-glazed, true-divided-light. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
