No objection to the issuance of a permit for the partial demolition of an existing historic building in preparation for a renovation and addition project, as shown in materials received and dated 2 April 2021 and supplemental materials received and dated 12 April 2021, PROVIDED that the large ginkgo tree on G Street be sufficiently protected during demolition, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.  Submission largely conforms with previously approved concept. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
