Recommendation
No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a 3'-0" high hoop-and-picket replacement fence and gates in public space, new pervious driveway pavers, and a new skylight at the upper roof of an existing house, as well as the enlargement of four basement window openings and the installation of new wood windows and stone sills at the modified openings, as shown in materials received and dated 3 September 2021 and supplemental materials received and dated 23 September 2021, PROVIDED that fence posts within the drip lines of trees be located to avoid all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
