No objection to the issuance of a permit for the renovation of and additions to an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 8 October 2021 and supplemental materials received and dated 4 November 2021, 27 December 2021, and 7 January 2022, PROVIDED that the detailing and extent of the restored front porch fascia exactly match that at 1969 Biltmore Street, NW, and if possible that the fascia at 1963 Biltmore also be replaced to exactly match that at 1971 Biltmore, PROVIDED that the paired double-hung replacement windows in the front bay be installed with a center mull as shown in the elevations rather than without one as shown in the window order sheet, and PROVIDED that the brickmould to be installed at the replacement windows be oriented with the long dimension perpendicular to the face of the window as typical rather than rotated as shown in the drawings, which will affect the size of the window units. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
