No objection to issuance of permit for repairs and renovation, including window replacement, due to fire damage, per supplemental materials received __ February 2022, which indicate all renovation work will match that of previously reviewed permits with minor revisions to the fenestration on the east and south elevations, PROVIDED the garage door is wood and the replacement windows on the north and west elevations are single-glazed, true-divided-light wood windows. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
