No objection to issuance of permit for reconstruction of western-most section of north wall, per supplemental materials received 25 August 2022, PROVIDED the work matches existing, the existing stone foundation remains in place and unaltered, the existing historic siding is reused and reinstalled to match existing, and existing inappropriate vinyl window is reinstalled. Applicant agreed to submit for OGB record a structural report for the south wall of the building. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
