No objection to issuance of permit for removal of existing signage and gooseneck lighting, two new pin-mounted, halo-illuminated signs reading "alo," with lettering 11 inches tall except for the "l" which will be 18.25 inches tall, and paired sconces at each corner entrance, per supplemental materials received 6 September 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
