No objection to issuance of permit to remove stucco and restore existing historic siding, replace standing seam metal roof with standing seam copper, and other minor exterior repairs, per supplemental materials received 28 March 2023, PROVIDED the applicant work with staff to assess the condition of the historic siding for reuse once the stucco is carefully removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
