No objection to issuance of revised permit for alterations to the fenestration of the rear ell and to replace the posts, railing, and decking of existing rear balcony and per materials received 16 June 2023. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
