No objection to the concept design for a new three-story addition and landscape alterations at Kesher Israel Congregation, per materials received 22 August 2023. In its approval of the massing and disposition of the addition, the Board requested further study of the proposed fenestration at the west side of the existing townhouse on N Street and on the new addition, as well as of the architectural expression of the new addition at 28th Street. File design development submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
