Recommendation

No objection to the issuance of permit for the installation of a replacement awning and replacement signs at an existing ATM, as shown in materials received and dated 8 September 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 18 September 2023, PROVIDED that the faces of the push-through letters be opaque and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Staff notes with regret that there are some existing non-compliant window vinyls that were not forwarded for CFA review. Recommend removal of these window vinyls. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
