No objection to the issuance of permit for the replacement of a sign, as shown in materials received and dated 8 September 2023, PROVIDED that the faces of the letters be opaque and supplemental materials received and dated 18 September 2023, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Staff notes with regret that there are some existing non-compliant window vinyls that were not forwarded for CFA review. Recommend removal of these window vinyls. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
