No objection to issuance of permit for renovations and additions to an existing single-family house and associated landscape, per materials received 13 October 2023, which are consistent with the approved concept (OG 23-276). Refer to Historic Preservation Office for evaluation of potential archeological resources. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
