No objection to issuance of permit for modifications and renovations to existing frame house, per materials received 13 November 2023. Permit application is consistent with the previously approved concept and associated provisions (OG 23-340). Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
