No objection to issuance of permit for a detached, two-story garage at the rear lot line, per materials received 12 January 2024. Permit design largely conforms with the previously approved concept and recommendations (OG 23-184). Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
