No objection to the issuance of a permit for alterations to the front and rear facades of two existing connected buildings, including replacement glazed storefront at one building; new and replacement windows, doors, and panels at one building; and new recessed infill brick at existing window openings at the rear facades of both; as well as a new elevator overrun structure and new rooftop mechanical equipment, as shown in materials received and dated 2 February 2024 and supplemental materials received and dated 14 February 2024. Submission largely conforms with previously approved concept. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
