No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of existing windows and doors with single-pane, true-divided light wood windows, per supplemental materials received 22 January 2024. Materials indicate that the existing wood trim and metal grilles will be restored and reinstalled, and that the existing interior doors on the second floor will be retained. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
