No objection to concept design for alterations at pedestrian alley at the south of the building, including widening of stairs, replacement of two basement windows with in-swinging windows, and installation of grates on two window wells, per supplemental materials received 23 January 2024, PROVIDED the 5/8" standard muntin is used on the new windows. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
