Recommendation

The Commission regrets that signage was installed without OGB review or approval. No objection to concept design for new sign for Computer Plus, per supplemental materials received 2 April 2024, which indicate removal of the pole and pole sign in yard, and a new wall sign only reading "Computer Plus," PROVIDED the new sign is mounted at the mortar joints. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
