No objection to concept design for site work, per supplemental materials received 19 April 2024, PROVIDED the existing jog in the retaining wall is maintained in the new wall, the existing historic brick is reused, and the height and location of the fireplace and chimney are restudied to decrease impact on neighboring properties. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings, including full and detailed documentation of the existing historic masonry wall, for review by the Commission.
