No objection to concept design for installation of solar panels on rear roof slope, per supplemental materials received 18 April 2024, which indicate that all associated equipment and conduit would be installed on the rear elevation. All future applications for panel installations on the south side of Winfield must be carefully considered for visibility from 35th Street. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
