No objection to issuance of permit for installation of two halo-lit signs reading “Barnes & Noble,” per supplemental materials received 23 May 2024, which indicate that one sign would be installed on the M Street facade above the entrance, and one would be installed on the Thomas Jefferson façade between the second and third floors, PROVIDED all letters are installed at the mortar joints. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
