Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit to rebuild the rear masonry wall due to structural failure and to construct a one-story rear frame addition at the basement level with an open wood porch at the first level and enclose the upper level screen porch with glazing, per supplemental materials received 5 June 2024, which indicate the existing windows will be salvaged and reinstalled and the rear wood gate will be replaced in-kind. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
