No objection to issuance of permit for installation of double doors at the front, fenestration alterations at the rear, window and door replacements at the rear, and a new window well at the rear, per supplemental materials received 28 May 2024, PROVIDED as many original interior finishes as possible are retained. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
