No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of the existing cornice/integrated gutter assembly at the rear porch with a new assembly, per materials received 14 June 2024, which indicate that the new painted-wood cornice would have an integrated copper-lined gutter and a shallower projection than the existing assembly. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
