No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a replacement fabric awning with a sign for Cafe Fiorello Coffee Bar on the east facade of an existing building and for vinyl window graphics, as shown in materials received and dated 5 July 2024, PROVIDED that the number of window graphics be reduced in consultation with staff, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new internally illuminated sign for Cafe Fiorello at the southeast corner of an existing building; internally illuminated signs are not permitted in the Shipstead-Luce Act area. Forward a new submission for signs that conform with the regulations for the Shipstead-Luce Act area when ready. Refer to National Park Service. Refer to General Services Administration.
