No objection to concept design for the conversion of the southernmost storefront window on the east facade to a service entry door, per supplemental materials received 27 June 2024, PROVIDED the door is recessed 18 inches and the vestibule design matches that of the northernmost entry with painted stucco instead of painted glass. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
